By publishing or sharing playlists, links or audio references through Playlisting App, you confirm that you own the material, have the legal right to use or reference it, the material is public domain, or the material is covered by an appropriate open license.

Playlisting App does not certify or verify music rights, licensing or copyright ownership.

The practitioner remains solely responsible for the legality of the material shared through the platform.

Playlisting App may remove or restrict content if a rights complaint is received, infringement is suspected, or content appears risky or inappropriate.

Super Admin approval

Super Admin approval is editorial/operational only. It does not transfer responsibility and does not certify copyright, licensing scope or commercial rights.

Private uploads

Uploaded MP3/WAV files are intended for authenticated workspace use. They are not intended to be public, indexed or redistributed by Playlisting App.
