Playlisting App respects copyright and intellectual property rights.
2. User responsibility
Practitioners and users are solely responsible for ensuring that any music, playlist, audio source, external link or uploaded material is legally shareable or usable.
3. How Playlisting App handles audio
Playlisting App is a creative workspace, review tool and analytics platform. It is not a public music distribution or streaming platform.
Audio should remain served by the original source, official integration, or private authorized workspace. Public analytics must never expose private uploaded files or internal /media/ URLs.
Super Admin approval is editorial/operational only and does not certify copyright, license validity or commercial usage rights.
4. Reporting copyright issues
If you believe content infringes your rights, please use the form below or contact play@playlisting.app.
Please include identification of the content, URL or playlist reference, proof of ownership or authorization, contact information, and a good faith statement. DMCA-style notices may be handled where applicable.
5. Takedown process
Playlisting App may remove content, disable analytics entries, restrict accounts, or suspend repeat infringers without prior notice.
6. Repeat infringer policy
Users who repeatedly submit infringing material may have content removed, accounts suspended, or access terminated.
7. External sources
Playlisting App may display references or links to external sources. The platform does not guarantee the legality or licensing status of third-party content.
